The Damned background story:
Pandora was entrusted by the Gods to look after a box containing all the badness in the world and was sworn never to open it, but a group of warriors, offended that such a prestigious job was given to such a whimsical woman, stole it from her and proceeded to open it. The Gods, horrified by its contents, trapped the demon spirits by drawing each one into one of the warriors to punish them for their vanity and left them to fight the eternal, internal battle and cast the box away, forever hidden from the world. For a hundreds years each warrior roamed the earth reeking havoc everywhere they went being unable to control their demons. Finally they have found a tentative balance within themselves and rarely succumb to blind rages, they have managed to regroup and are attempting to find pandoras box again to remove the demons. Unfortunately the Gods are not happy with this plan as now the Warriors are no longer rampaging they make for very useful and effective assassins. So the warriors not only have to contend with whatever unearthly creatures the Gods send every time they get a little closer to discovering the whereabouts of the box but one or more of them are often whisked away for a little forced freelance killing.
There is no limit on how many people can join this RP but a minimum of four would work best.
Feel free to choose your demon and how it affects you.
Other than what your demon adds to you, standard abilities include:
Added strength and speed.
Immortality other than the removal of the head (When a warrior is killed their demon would be released and roam the world doing what it does best).
Regenerative ability (cuts and stabs an hour or so depending on severity. Broken bones a couple of days. loss of limbs a week).
Examples of internal Demons:
Death: (If warrior is touch by a mortal that mortal will die) Feels the pain of peoples future deaths if too near one for too long.
Wrath: (Unable to stop themself from killing a mortal with to many sins on their soul) Feels a great pain when near a sinful being.
Doubt: (Causes Mortals to doubt their worth sometimes leading to suicide) Is unable to be with fellow warriors much as demon works on them too, albeit to a lesser extent.

The story starts in the warrior stronghold in the Mediterranean, a plan is being conducted to kill a creature guarding an old Grecian temple hidden in the forest. It is set in the modern day but the warriors are about two thousand years old so each one is as modern as they choose to be. Society as a whole is unaware of the existence of the warriors but mortal factions are aware.
Enemies:
Hunters: Self proclaimed keepers of peace. These mortals seek to destroy the warriors as they believe all the bad things that happen in the world are because the demons cause them, they are either unaware of the fact that killing a warrior releases the demon or they think it is a lie.
They have hunted the demons for a long time and killed the warrior Paris, keeper of Promiscuity, thus causing the birth of prostitution, rape and all sexual indecencies.
The Gods: The Gods want the warriors alive as they are very useful, but will not allow them to find the box. Due to a lack of faith for the Gods of old these days they are unable to simply smite a warrior but they can send creatures to kill them if they have to.

External effects: Causes mortals to become self destructive, violent and in extreme cases self harm and commit suicide.
Internal effects: Algea is unable to feel peace or pleasure unless in some sort of pain, physical or mental.
Demon added ablilities: Regeneration is almost instant and completely voluntary.
